If the printhead is out of warranty, use the steps in Bob_Headrick's post to do a physical cleaning of the printhead nozzle. If the printhead is in warranty, contact HP to get a new one. The warranty on the printhead expires 2 years after that date.
That date is the day the printhead was made. If that doesn't work, check the date on the printhead.
