Make sure the PS4 save is on your PS5 console, then in the PS5 version’s title screen click Options > Transfer PS4 Data and it will autopop all trophies including Platinum instantly.

PS4/PS5 Autopop & Save Transfer: Yes, there is Save Transfer & it Autopops all Trophies including Platinum. Does difficulty affect trophies?: No, there are no difficulty settings, it’s the same difficulty for everyone. (Patch 1.02 and earlier had 3 unobtainable trophies but these are fixed – Who Do You Voodoo?, Ooh, Shiny!, Variety is the Spice of Death).
